Responsibilities
• Adhere to customer service standards and deliver solutions to meet customer needs• Educate customers on digital demonstrations and self-service opportunities• Engage in lobby management and address immediate customer needs• Balance and process customer transactions following bank policy• Resolve escalated account services issues and log customer complaints• Identify sales opportunities and introduce to appropriate banking partner• Complete branch-related operational activities• Process customer/account maintenance accurately• Complete AML/BSA/KYC activities• Adhere to compliance/operational risk controls and promote diversity
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent and 6 months customer service experience• Verbal and interpersonal communication skills• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills• Time management and prioritization skills• Proficient with internet user-level technology• Ability to stand for long periods and lift objects weighing 5-30 lbs• Ability to read fine print and interact with customers in a face-to-face environment
