Requirements
• Previous experience in community based care settings• Supervisory and staff training experience preferred• Ability to conduct geriatric nursing assessments• Knowledge of dementia care and community based care• Ability to implement care processes and procedures• Willingness to assist with clinical oversight• Strong communication and relationship-building skills• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail• Current and unrestricted Oregon RN license• Ability to complete background screening• First Aid and Abdominal Thrust Certification• Proven track record of attendance and attention to detail• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
