Job DescriptionA part-time research assistant being is sought for the lab of Dr. Sora Shin at the Fralin Biomedical Research Institute at Virginia Tech Carilion (https://fbri.vtc.vt.edu/people-directory/primary-faculty/shin.html). This role will independently support research projects and oversee all research activities in the Shin lab. This position involves some management duties, such as supply ordering and management, and research duties. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented person who enjoys interacting with others, being a key part of a diverse and active scientific environment, learning new techniques, and managing multiple project duties.
