The ideal candidate is passionate about ensuring all clients feel loved and served and enjoys helping the team out with a servant mindset.Responsibilities:Part-Time, Non-Exempt, Hourly: 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM (M-F)Administrative, Receptionist, ClericalWarmly greet all visitors in person, on the phone, or through other digital communication methodsSetting appointmentsAssisting agents with preparing for appointmentsCreate fanatical client impressionsOrder and maintain office suppliesCheck the mail daily and deliver it to the proper recipients within the companyMiscellaneous administrative tasksOther tasks and duties assignedQualifications:Minimum touch-typing speed: 40 WPM (required)Strong computer skills (required), Mac and PC experienceKnowledge of word processing and spreadsheets (required); experience with Google Docs/Sheets and Microsoft Office (preferred)Proven track record of success in an administrative capacityPrevious experience in a receptionist or customer service roleProven ability to influence clients to obtain needed informationHigh degree of attention to detail and accuracyExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and complete tasks within set deadlinesStrong organizational skillsStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsAbout Company:The mission of Yoder Real Estate is to create 'wow' experiences for our clients, our team, and the communities that we serve.
