The ideal candidate will have at least a Master's degree in French, native or near native fluency in the language, and teaching experience at the high school or college level.
At Ohio Wesleyan, a residential liberal arts institution, all classes are taught in an in-person, face-to-face setting. We do not offer online courses during spring and fall semesters.
Pay is $5,000 per course. Some professional development funding may be available.

Join a liberal arts college that is deeply committed to creating an environment that acknowledges, encourages and celebrates differences. Teach small classes (usually less than 20 students per class). Be mentored and trained by our full-time French faculty member ( Mary Anne Lewis Cusato ) and receive support from the Chair of the department as needed. Have your own office space for use when you're on campus. Receive a laptop computer for use during the academic year. Receive a free parking pass that allows you to park anywhere on campus.
