Position Summary Diamond Game delivery drivers are responsible for delivering Liberty Gaming paper products from the Liberty Gaming warehouse in Fredericksburg to Liberty Gaming Customers in Virginia.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare and load orders into company vehicle and deliver to Liberty Gaming customers and sales associates on a predetermined route. Communicate and report to management and other departments within Diamond Game on the status of assigned activities. Fully understand how to operate and safely drive assigned company vehicle. Ensure contents are properly secured inside the vehicle. Always keep the warehouse delivery area tidy and assigned company vehicle clean both inside and out. Perform periodic inspections of company vehicles. Track and report working hours using time keeping system. Obey all applicable traffic laws and drive according to the weather/road conditions. Make safety a priority at all times. May be asked to perform routine warehouse work as needed. Consistently demonstrate the ability to practice Diamond Game's core values and apply them. Perform other tasks and duties as needed and/or requested by management. Education & Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver's license. Must have and be able to provide a current, clean drivers record with no moving violations. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge and Abilities Requirements Planning, organizational skills, adaptability. Ability to work with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment. Must be able to operate a forklift. Ability to work varied shifts and overtime as required.
