Summary of Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibility is to deliver educational programs to clinical staff members on patient security product portfolio, including Infant/Patient/Staff Protection. You will conduct onsite educational sessions for our customers and provide at-the-elbow support during conversion and go-live phases.
Summary of Schedule & Travel:
This role involves nationwide travel every other week, Monday through Friday. The employee will reside in the U.S. and support accounts within the country, with occasional international travel.
Duties:
Engage in scheduled customer meetings to understand in-servicing expectations and customer workflows before account implementations.
Deliver clear and concise training on products to clinical staff in existing and new accounts.
Collaborate with Clinical Solution Specialists to tailor training programs to customer workflows and goals.
Complete pre and post-training documentation within specified timelines.
Collaborate with Sales and Technical Support teams to cultivate and maintain customer relationships.
Travel availability of 80-90%, including overnight stays.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) license is mandatory.
Current state-issued clinical license in good standing.
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Obstetrics, NICU/Nursery, Pediatrics, Labor & Delivery, or Mother & Baby settings.
Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in clinical training is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to educate clinical personnel effectively.
Proven capability to drive change through education and evidence-based clinical literature.
Proficiency in utilizing technology (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) in work.
Flexibility, autonomy, self-motivation, and a professional demeanor.
Ability to achieve high levels of product adoption through training programs.
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Must reside within the continental U.S. near an international airport.
Valid passport is required.
Note: This position involves providing on-site services at customer facilities, primarily hospitals. As a condition of employment, the selected candidate may need to participate in vendor credentialing systems specified by the customer. This may include additional background checks, drug screenings, and providing personal information to third-party vendors vetted by Securitas Healthcare.
