Position Summary: Perform administrative and customer service related tasks for the Parking Services department to support in-office sales and operations. Apply standard business and customer service practices with professional guidance and supervision in a small business environment with advanced computer software, money handling procedures, and customer interactions on a large scale
Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification in Position: No prior experience necessary.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies : Ability to multi-task. Good customer service skills. Basic keyboard/computer skills. Basic language, spelling, communications, and math skills.
Physical Demands: Sit for long periods of time in one location.
