Job Specifications: Outlet: Parking Locations Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.35 / hour Shift & Schedule Availability: Part Time, Weekends and Holidays may be required Other: Parking Attendant position available Job Responsibilities: Meet and greet guests while displaying positive guest service. Commit to guest satisfaction and assume responsibility for guest care and solving problem Answer guest questions by becoming a resort operations and services expert. Assist other departments as needed, including ticket scanning, ticket sales, and activities operations. Clearing the base area may be a part of your role Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Ability to stay enthusiastic and perform well when busy Ability to work outside, on your feet, in all weather conditions for long periods of time Ability to work weekends and holidays Previous guest service experience preferred Additional requirements for hires under age 18: Submission of a Parental Consent Form upon hire, along with other applicable documents required by state law; such as a work permit, physician's note, and/or proof of birthdate The expected pay range is $20.00 - $21.35.
