Seeking a Paralegal to support a trial attorney at our busy Plaintiff's personal injury firm in Ridgeland, MS. Responsibilities include trial preparation, motion writing, court filing, calendaring, scheduling, discovery, and other necessary tasks. The role involves assisting with depositions, witness preparation, research, and providing support to the attorney during court proceedings. Closing out case documents post-trial is also a key responsibility. -The ideal candidate should possess strong writing skills, the ability to draft letters to opposing counsel, and analyze medical records to convey the case narrative effectively. Candidates with a proactive approach to case strategy and a desire to advocate for clients are encouraged to apply. Minimum requirement of 3 years of paralegal experience in Personal Injury law. Proficiency in MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Suite is necessary.
