Description: As a para-planner , you will work closely with our financial advisors to prepare financial plans, develop investment proposals, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and firm policies. Responsibilities: Prepare financial plans, investment proposals, and asset allocation analyses to support financial advisors Maintain client data and update client files and account paperwork accurately Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, opening new accounts, and managing paperwork efficiently Assist in compiling profiles of prospective clients to facilitate client acquisition efforts Ensure all activities and recommendations comply with industry regulations and firm policies Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred 1 years of experience in financial services or wealth management preferred Proficiency with financial planning and CRM software Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Series 7 and 66 licenses are a plus Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, AD&D ST/LT Dis Incredible PTO, Potential for Flex Time Bonus Potential If you are passionate about delivering service excellence and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, we invite you to join our team.
