The ideal candidates are painting professionals with the highest standards with experience in either commercial or residential re-painting. They must be physically able to perform the duties of the job, which includes performing repetitive movements, standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, climbing stairs and ladders, etc. We aim to keep our subcontractors busy and develop a lasting business relationship! RESPONSIBILITIES Understands and executes work orders in a timely and professional mannerMaintains clean, organized work areas and securely stores equipment and suppliesInspects work for the highest qualityMaintains strict attention to detail when working at customer's propertyFollows all safety policies and proceduresEnsures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards QUALIFICATIONS Painting skills and knowledge of painting tools and equipmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExceptional customer service skillsHighly organized and self-motivatedQuality conscious and detail-orientedUnrestricted driver's license and clean driving recordLiability insurance required; worker's comp strongly preferredMust be willing to undergo and pass a criminal background check Compensation: $1,000.00 - $4,000.00 per week
