Our climate-controlled site has 27 different nationalities, and 9 active employee resource groups.Required Qualifications:Actively participate in a teaming environment that uses lean and 5S practices to improve products and processesHigh School Diploma or GEDSkill Level:Basic computer skillsBasic understanding of blueprints and specificationsBasic math skillsBasic ERP skillsEssential Functions & Responsibilities (definition of job):Ability to mix various paint ratios and testing paint to determine proper mixturePaint a wide variety of products with a range of finishes and processesUse of basic hand tools and measuring devicesUtilize spray guns, paint cans, and touch-up guns to finish product (Fine adjustments as needed)Prepare materials for painting by cleaning, masking, bead blastingOperate high and low temperature ovensMonitor airflow and oven chartsPerform daily machine preventative maintenance, changing filters as necessaryMust become FAA certified to support Repair Station, subject to FAA/DOT random drug and alcohol screeningAbility to become a certified waste handlerPerform in-process visual inspection of units before and after product is paintedCalibrate hydro carbon equipment weeklyAbility to manually paint using 5 pound paint gun for extended period of timeAbility to interpret instructions from CMM'sRespirator certificationAbility to work with hazardous materials and tolerate heatAbility to lift up to 50lbsAbility to stand for extended periods of timeMaintain extensive shelf life logsAdditional PPE required as neededDesired QualificationsPast experience with industrial, commercial, or residential paintingPast manufacturing experienceThis role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
