Our Logistics department in New Berlin, WI is now looking for a Packer - 1st Shift.
Key Tasks Retrieve orders from Assembly department, packaging for outgoing deliveries to consumer.
Confirm all parts listed on sales order are present prior to packing
Package order using proper packing supplies and tools, i.e. tape guns, box cutters, etc.
Read special instructions on each order to maintain compliance with shipping standards
Send incomplete orders back to matching for re-work
Follow and comply with all safety, work regulations, ISO procedures, lean initiatives and lean events
Maintain knowledge of the shipping process, cross-training as necessary.
Assist in other departments as needed

Your Background High school diploma or equivalent preferred
