Normal overnight shift would be from 11pm to 7am. Responsible for greeting guests upon arrival and assists with any guest needs by providing exceptional customer service. Balances and prioritizes Job duties to efficiently complete all tasks. Important to be organized, thorough, and detail oriented. Assists with loading and unloading luggage on front drive, and delivering luggage to guest rooms. Parks and retrieves guest vehicles in a timely and safe manner. Responsible for valet charge postings and billing. Completes nightly key audits and garage inspections. Assists overnight hotel staff with any guest inquiries or requests.
