Health Insurance; Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, and Vision Insurance plans (for eligible seasonal employees after working 500 hours) Free ski passes for dependents Critical Illness and Accident plans Job Specifications: Outlet: The Hythe - Marriott Luxury Collection Expected Pay Range $20.00 - $22.76 Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time and Part Time Skill Level: Entry  Other Specifics: Overnight shift  The Overnight Valet associate is an hourly position that receives tips for services provided. Normal overnight shift would be from 11pm to 7am. Responsible for greeting guests upon arrival and assists with any guest needs by providing exceptional customer service. Balances and prioritizes Job duties to efficiently complete all tasks. Important to be organized, thorough, and detail oriented. Assists with loading and unloading luggage on front drive, and delivering luggage to guest rooms. Parks and retrieves guest vehicles in a timely and safe manner. Responsible for valet charge postings and billing. Completes nightly key audits and garage inspections. Assists overnight hotel staff with any guest inquiries or requests.
Additional Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Greets and assists guests with luggage and ski/bike storage Parks and retrieves guest vehicles Completes valet tag and vehicle inspections Preforms nightly billing and valet charge postings Prints daily Departure and Arrival reports Assists overnight hotel staff with guest requests Uses hotel vehicle to pick up and drop of guests upon request/ availability Uses radio to communicate with Bellman and Doorman Provides recommendations to guests on activities and dinning Provides directions for guests departing Cleans and maintains a tidy work space Works outside in all weather conditions Qualifications: Must be 21 years of age. -required Have a valid US driver's license. -required Must have a satisfactory MVR check. -required Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions. -required Must be able to stand for long periods of time. -required Must be able to bend, crouch, crawl, climb, jog and kneel. -required Must be able to work weekends, holidays and evenings when needed. -required Must be able to communicate effectively in English. –required Ability to drive a manual as well as an automatic. –preferred Ability to communicate in Spanish or in other languages. –preferred Basic computer skills. - Preferred Benefits include: Free Ski passes for employees and dependents Discount lift tickets for friends and family Free ski lessons Discounted lodging, food, gear and mountain shuttles Discounted bike haul & golf in the summer Medical, Dental, and Vision plans (full-time positions)401(k) Retirement Plan Excellent training and professional development The expected pay range is $20.00 - $22.76.
