• Find and complete sales with contractors, builders, and remodelers• Manage jobs and customer relationships• Collect and update customer information• Visit job sites• Maintain schedules• Proven sales strategies and commitment follow-through• Effective communication
Requirements
• Experience in sales• Knowledge of home building basics• Create material estimates/quotes and special orders• Open new accounts monthly/quarterly• Read blueprints and provide material take off lists• Ability to work independently• Strong planning and organizational skills• Experience with Microsoft Office suite• Attend functions as required• Military background encouraged
