Previous work experience at Amazon, T-Mobile, Safeco insurance, State Farm, All State or similar work backgrounds are also a good match. An excellent opportunity for military veterans or those looking to make a career change. Tasks: Conduct territory sales visits offering our excavation or water restoration services. Follow up with current customers to offer established solutions to their plumbing or water problems. Use established pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines to quote repair/replacement options/solutions and close the sale. Be a trusted informational resource for Roto-Rooter customers. Skills and Requirements: A valid driver's license Strong customer service focus Able to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent oral and written communication skills Sales experience is strongly desired, but not required. Sales Representatives are paid a weekly salary of $700 during and after training. After training, they are eligible for 5% of total sales after $15,000 in qualified sales and then 2% of total sales after $25,000 in qualified sales.
