**Outside Sales Representative: Exciting Opportunity in the Greater Cleveland Area**
**Territories:** Greater Cleveland, Northern Akron, Greater Eastlake
**Compensation:** Competitive base salary of approximately $50,000, uncapped commissions, quarterly bonuses (estimated total earnings: $65,000 - $85,000)

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and a robust CRM system with warm and qualified leads.
- Sell to small and medium businesses, as well as major corporate accounts across diverse industries, such as biotech, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, hospitality, education, healthcare, and restaurants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with customers, ensuring mutual satisfaction and profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
