Conduct new hire sales trainings Ensuring sales teams are meeting planned sales goals/quotas. Coordinating all disciplinary action and performance improvement plans with sales reps. Setting individual sales targets with the sales team. Tracking sales goals and reporting results, as necessary. Overseeing activities and performance of sales team. Conducting ride-along with sales team members. Developing sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education Promoting the company's products and services. Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts Qualifications Ability to be available (by phone) during all sales appointment times for sales rep questions or concerns (evenings and Saturday's) Proven leadership experience In-Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience Must be self-motivated and results oriented Exceptional customer service Ability to meet and exceed goals Works successfully without requiring close supervision Criminal background Checks:
