Outside Recovery Associate

Job summary
The Outside Recovery Associate assists customers in loading their vehicles post-purchase and maintains a pristine exterior presentation of the store.They also price and zone outdoor merchandise, unload delivery trucks, gather shopping carts, and attend to customer inquiries.Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience are key responsibilities.

Responsibilities
• Assist customers in loading their purchases into their vehicles.• Collect customer signatures for load out tickets.• Perform load outs for customers, ensuring safe loading.• Adhere to the Outdoor Merchandising Guide for consistent outside presentation.• Ensure accurate pricing of products.• Keep parking lot and designated areas clean and well-maintained.• Zone outside merchandising spaces to maintain an orderly display.• Use standard office equipment and retail equipment.• Participate in cross-training and learning initiatives.• Provide friendly and professional support to internal and external stakeholders.
