Highlights: Join a robust team of 6 physicians and 6 PAs, along with an experienced support staff. Opportunity to work with physicians in various orthopedic specialties such as sports medicine, orthopedic spine, and general orthopedics. Responsibilities of this position including first assisting in the OR, seeing patients in our clinic located at our brand new Surgery Center, and inpatient rounding at Skagit Valley Hospital conveniently located across the street. Enjoy a 4 day a week schedule with shared call of 1:6. This is a full time, hospital employed position with a large built in referral base. Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization.
Qualifications: 2-4 years of orthopedic surgery experience is preferred. Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license. The ideal candidate will place a priority on quality of care, patient experience and collaboration. Our ideal candidate will be focused on building lasting relationships with their patients as well as strong ties within the community.
Compensation and Benefits :
Salary Range: $131,501-151,305 DOE Employment bonus, relocation reimbursement & CME allowance Malpractice insurance is fully covered!
