Responsibilities
• Work closely with patients and learn their health history.• Educate patients on their condition and specifics of their treatment.• Help manage pain and the recovery process for musculoskeletal diseases or disorders.• Assist doctors in surgery and work with patients during recovery.• Work with patients and families to help them understand their condition and treatment.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) of employment.• 1 or more years of Orthopedic Nursing experience.• Advanced knowledge of EMRs.• Current BLS/BCLS and/or ACLS certifications.
