The Marketing department serves as the primary growth engine for all our business verticals. The Opportunity:
Our company is seeking a passionate Organic Social Media Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing social media strategies to elevate our brand visibility, engage target audiences, and boost website traffic. Your contributions will play a vital role in amplifying our services and expanding our online presence across various social media platforms. We are looking for individuals with exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. This position is available for both onsite and remote work, collaborating with our in-house Marketing Operations Center.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy Development: Devise and execute a comprehensive organic social media strategy aligned with overarching marketing goals to enhance brand presence and drive engagement across platforms.
Content Creation and Curation: Generate compelling content, including images, videos, infographics, and written posts, tailored to resonate with the target audience while maintaining brand voice consistency.
Community Management: Actively engage with the online community, promptly responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster a positive and interactive environment.
Social Listening and Sentiment Analysis: Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback, identifying opportunities to address negative sentiment and amplify positive experiences.
Crisis Management: Develop and implement strategies to manage negative sentiment and potential crises on social media platforms with professionalism and tact, minimizing any adverse impact on the brand.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics for organic social media activities, such as engagement rates and follower growth, leveraging insights to inform future content and strategy decisions.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and public relations, to ensure a cohesive brand experience and capitalize on integrated campaign opportunities.
Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and enhance credibility on social platforms.
Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.
Content Calendar Management: Plan and maintain a content calendar aligning with key brand moments, product launches, and promotional campaigns to ensure a consistent and strategic social media presence.
Platform Optimization: Optimize company pages within each platform to maximize the visibility of the company's social content.
Proofreading and Approval: Proofread posts and graphics for clarity, grammar, and spelling, gaining approvals from stakeholders to maintain quality standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
Proficiency in social media management platforms such as Sprout Social.
Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an advertising agency or in-house marketing team.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with leaders and diverse thinkers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Experience with Asana Project Management is advantageous.
