Requirements
• Strong technical ability to provide Tech Support• Knowledge of advanced computer operations• Experience with uninstalling/reinstalling apps on devices• Experience with casting services from mobile devices to TVs• Ability to multitask and manage call pace• Strong communication skills• Ability to interact effectively with a variety of customers• Dependable attendance and attention to detail• Good comprehension and responsiveness• Strong sense of urgency to resolve customer issues• Service, sales, and/or retail experience
