Key Responsibilities:
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in both English and Spanish.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to streamline order fulfillment processes.
Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer interactions in both languages.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance overall efficiency.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business administration is a plus.
Proven experience in order processing or a similar role.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in using order management software and MS Office suite.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
