Your key responsibilities This position will support consulting as a member of project teams working with our clients and guiding them through agreed upon phases of the ERP project governance, requirements definition, technology risk analysis, customization, testing, implementation, training and rollout of a client's project lifecycle. To qualify for the role you must have A bachelor's degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 4 years of related work experience 5-10 years of experience working with an ERP system in a software configuration implementation role Proven track record in system implementation for the following Oracle Supply Chain Functions/Applications: Cost Accounting Management and Inventory Management, The person should be able to lead and facilitate workshop sessions, work well with Offshore resources, and manage deliverables. Lead and participate in: Gather Business requirements. Analyze and transform to application requirements. Perform Fit-Gap Analysis Lead Functional Design approval process. Strong interaction with development team to test and delivery the solution. Assist customer during UAT. Prepare and Review documentations. 3-5 full lifecycle implementations in any of the above Familiarity Oracle methodologies such as OUM or AIM Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills. Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues. The successful candidate must also be willing and able to travel up to 50% Ideally, you'll also have Familiarity with at least 2 Sectors where our team advises clients. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $128,400 to $235,400. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $154,100 to $267,500. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
