Job Description: -
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Core HR Consultant
5 years of hands-on experience working with

Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM)

solutions, with a focus on Oracle Core HR modules.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing Oracle Core HR modules .
Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions using Oracle HCM applications.
Experience leading Oracle Core HR implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, and deployment activities.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and present complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Oracle certifications such as Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud Implementation Specialist or Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist for Oracle Core HR are preferred.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
