Job summary
HealthDrive is seeking an OptometristPart-time or Full-time position (3-5 days/week)$15,000 Sign On Bonus for a 5 day provider

Responsibilities
• Provide general optometry services to residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long term care facilities• Diagnose and treat refractive disorders• Diagnose and treat ocular disorders caused by age-related illnesses• Examine, diagnose, treat, and manage diseases, injuries, and disorders of the visual system, the eye, and associated structures• Identify related systemic conditions affecting the eye• Enter patient information and complete required clinical documentation• Travel to skilled nursing facilities for mobile model treatment• Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• Doctorate of Optometry (O.D.)• State professional license• Valid driver's license• TPA certified• Ability to work independently• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills• Ability to use email, internet, and learn healthcare related software
