Responsibilities
• Coordinate with Pipeline Control and affiliates for timely and safe handling of products• Perform tank gauging, manifold line up, and maintain inventory records• Operate transmix splitter process unit and perform preventative maintenance• Handle loading and unloading of trucks, including working with hazardous chemicals• Follow environmental regulations and company policy for hazardous substances• Participate in cross-training and maintain facility appearance and safety• Attend safety meetings and complete training courses• Maintain and promote good working relationships within a team environment
Requirements
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent• Technical certification or equivalent training/experience in processing or pipeline industry• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record• Minimum of 3 years stable work history, preferably in the energy industry• DCS experience and/or operating a transmix splitter process preferred• Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with tools and equipment• Basic mathematical and computer skills• Good communication skills, decision making skills, and work ethic• Ability to handle multiple tasks under potentially hazardous conditions• Willingness to work overtime and handle call-outs, within 1 hour response time• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team environment• Sound judgment, dependability, and attention to detail• Good customer relations skills• Must be physically capable of lifting and maneuvering equipment and tools
