Job Title: Copy/Print operator - 29326
Position Type: Full Time - Regular
Shift: M-F 3:00 PM -12 Midnight
Pay: $18/hr-$20/hr
Job Summary: As a Copy or Print Operator, your primary responsibility is to execute the day to day print production requirements and ensure the accuracy of work. You will be responsible for batching printing documents, printing document submitted via email, copying documents, indexing PDFs, and verifying the correctness of your work in a timely and efficient manner.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities: · Enter job request details into automated systems accurately and efficiently.
· Prioritize work tasks based on processing schedules and client expectations, ensuring timely completion.
· Perform verification tasks as required, checking for accuracy and identifying errors.
· Make corrective entries as indicated by verification results or other warnings.
· Troubleshoot problems as needed, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
· Operate peripheral equipment as part of the document production process.
· Assist in the development of production formats and keying procedures, contributing to process improvement efforts.
· Maintain a high level of safety awareness and promptly report potential hazards to supervisors.
· Adhere to security and privacy policies, standards, and guidelines to protect company and customer information.
· Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in task execution.
· Work in various environments, including office settings, computer rooms, production floors, warehouses, and shipping/receiving areas, with occasional exposure to environmental factors like dust, dirt, toner, and ink.
Key Skills: · Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
· Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
· Close vision and ability to focus are necessary for performing tasks accurately.
· Experience with data entry is desirable.
Minimum Qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior Helpful Experience May Include: · Previous experience with data entry is advantageous.
· Experience using high volume printers (Xerox, Canon,Etc.)
· Experience with the Microsoft office suite and Acrobat
· Experience with the fiery printing software. (Must be skilled in multiple types of finishing: GBC, Coil, wire-o; 3 hole drill, etc...)
Physical Requirements: · Capability to stand, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, sit, talk, or hear as required by job duties.
· Ability to engage in repetitive motion activities like twisting, bending, and climbing.
· Engage in repetitive motion activities such as lifting, with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Pay Disclosure: The pay range for this position starts at $18hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
