Responsibilities
• Learn the manufacturing and/or packaging process• Set up, changeover, program, and operate equipment• Clean facilities, equipment, and utensils• Complete documentation• Maintain work areas and perform job functions in a safe and efficient manner• Perform additional related duties as assigned
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent required• Previous pharmaceutical manufacturing or packaging experience preferred• Ability to receive instruction and follow directions• Ability to interact positively with co-workers and management• Ability to communicate effectively• Ability to follow company policies and procedures• Ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing/packaging equipment• Ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice• Ability to exercise judgment and select methods and techniques for problem-solving• Ability to recommend methods and procedures for problem resolution
