Job DescriptionThe Operations Technician works with the Service Center management team by providing operational support to ensure successful coordination and support of our team members as well as our production goalsJob Responsibilities:Prepare team member hours and data input for accurate Tosca payroll submissionMaintain shift records to include production, shipping, receiving, quality, food safety etc.In depth understanding of shipping process matching PO numbers to orders, working with drivers to take correct loads, making BOL'sConfirm proper completion of BOL and transportation paperwork and update into Tosca's shipping systemMeet and greet clients and visitors, send, and receive mail packages, schedule and coordinate meetings, lunches/deliveries, and other service center eventsManage files, maintain hard copy and electronic filesCreate and modify documents using Microsoft OfficeCoordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking, and office keysPrepare business correspondences, mail, scan, or fax documentsMaintain forms for the company and post materials on bulletin boardCoordinate with service center supervisors to; communicate any special loads or shipments needed, meet out bound shipping goals and report any inventory concerns to Tosca Customer Service/TransportationCommunicate with Tosca customer service and transportation companies to create a schedule for daily pickup and deliveryPerform other related duties and assignments as required within the service centerMaintain a clean and safe work environment?
