Responsibilities
• Aid individuals and families seeking services for agency programs and resources• Support the infrastructure of the office by supporting day-to-day operation• Work with Oregonians to support the online Oregon Eligibility system• Provide a welcoming environment for families to interact with the department• Assist Oregonians through a trauma-informed lens• Provide financial desk responsibilities as assigned• Support the business support functions within the office• Provide support to branch staff in supporting work and families using the case aid model
Requirements
• Two years of experience either interviewing to obtain personal or technical information• Experience with high volume of paperwork and completing necessary documents• College-level courses may be substituted for experience• Proficiency in a language other than English is encouraged but not required• Experience delivering excellent customer service and demonstrating excellent communication skills• Experience navigating online systems and learning new systems• Experience completing highly technical and detailed work with a high level of accuracy• Ability to work with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures• Experience working independently and in a team
