Tinker Federal Credit Union's Information Technology department has an immediate opening for an Operations Support Analyst I/II/III! As a Operations Support Analyst I/II/III , you will be responsible for the following Provide technical expertise enabling the successful daily operation of TFCU's core system operations and support of end-users in a call center environment Working knowledge of using, troubleshooting, and supporting end-user applications and systems Salary Range
The starting pay Analyst I $28.84/hour, Analyst II $35.53 Analyst III $39.44; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity. Education/Experience Requirements
You must have An Associate's degree (A.A., A.S.) or equivalent from two-year college or university; 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Flexibility to work rotating shifts, on-call, evenings or weekends on maintenance or special projects as required and occasional travel to various TFCU locations Operations Support Analyst II An Associate's degree (A.A., A.S.) or equivalent from two-year college or university; 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Flexibility to work rotating shifts, on-call, evenings or weekends on maintenance or special projects as required and occasional travel to various TFCU locations Operations Support Analyst III An Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Flexibility to work rotating shifts, on-call, evenings or weekends on maintenance or special projects as required and occasional travel to various TFCU locations Keys to Success
In order to be successful as a Operations Support Analyst I, you must possess these qualifications Microsoft and Cisco certifications preferred, but not required Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Workstations, Microsoft Office, and other software packages to diagnose equipment, software or operational problems LAN Desk/Ivanti and Web JetAdmin experience a plus Must possess excellent personal communication skills to interact with employees and executives who need technical support
