Responsibilities
• Supervise at least 2 direct reports, including hiring and performance management• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly production activities in warehouse operations• Prepare and distribute reports, schedule vacations, and ensure job assignments are completed• Engage with processes on the floor, lead and supervise teammates• Communicate daily through operational start-up meetings and provide feedback on performance• Promote safety through weekly safety meetings and maintaining a clean work environment• Supervise the operations team and facilitate hand-offs and communication within the team• Provide customer service in high-pressure situations• Assist with inventory integrity, special projects, and facility security
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred or 2 years of experience in warehouse/supply chain• Excellent organizational and analytical skills• Labor management experience preferred• Problem-solving skills and experience with quality management• Ability to handle people under high-stress situations• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Broad knowledge of warehouse operations• Physical ability to perform job duties• Ability to work in a general warehouse environment• Knowledge of ADA accommodations
