The Operations Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day management of client site(s) (including client and employee relations) and managing: the site schedule (including staffing), compliance with applicable laws and post orders counseling and disciplinary actions, hiring and training processes. The position is primarily responsible for ensuring the client's needs are consistently met
Responsibilities include:
-Ensure all required reporting and contract compliance requirements are met.


-Assure regular communication of issues or programs with the Client
-Handle any escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately.
-Manage the performance discipline process at assigned accounts.
-Other management responsibilities as determined by the Branch Director.
-Assure communication of policies and company announcements.
-Meet all contractual scheduled hours with minimum unbilled overtime.


-Coordinate and/or conduct site-specific OJT, and client-specific training, as well as meet the company's corporate training standards.


-Develop/maintain operational procedures so that valid, site-specific post orders are always available for
emergency reference by the security staff.
-Manage uniforms, equipment, supplies, and vehicles utilized at the account(s), maintaining appropriate
inventories and maintenance checklists.
-Take a proactive role in communicating with the client and meeting their needs; meet with them regularly, listen to issues, provide security and technical expertise, and solutions. Ensure complete customer satisfaction
Required Skills/Knowledge
-Use of personal computer and spreadsheet software
-Knowledge of security operations, law enforcement, or military police that includes management responsibility
-Strong Oral and written communication skills Strong customer service and service delivery orientation
-Must be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks Ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures
-Education, Licenses and Certifications Required(D & G)
-Must possess a Valid Driver's License.
-Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
-Must be able to meet and maintain any applicable licensing or certification requirements
Must possess all the following:
-Work history must include demonstrated strong consultative, analytical and business development skills
-Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
-Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills including Microsoft Office eapplications. Strong time management and decision-making skills.
-Ability to lead through teamwork, collaboration, and cooperation.
-Ability to recognize cause and effect. Effective oral and written professional communication skills.
-Active listening skills. Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively.
-Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately.
-Attention to detail.
-Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age
-Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States Must not use illegal drugs. Must be able to pass a drug test with negative results (except when undergoing documented medical treatment).

Physical Requirements and Environment:
-Office; minimal to no work in extreme temperatures is expected.
Major activity:
-Working on computer while sitting; standing; speaking; walking; listening
Physical efforts to carry out job duties:
-Limited, to include some standing, bending, light lifting, and limited stretching and reaching
