Description & Requirements
The Product Analyst will work closely with the business to shape the future of key product deliveries for Genesys. This is a direct position and assists to ensure releases are well understood by the deployment team, business, and collaborators so that Genesys product delivers an exceptional customer experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work as part of an Agile team to deliver high quality business analytics solutions for the business stakeholders.
- Analyze and manage the business process flows and updates to system process flows and requirements.
- Participate in and facilitate relevant Agile ceremonies and rituals: Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-up, Iteration / Release Planning, Showcases / Sprint Review, Retrospective.
- Create User Acceptance Test plans and complete UAT on developed features and stories.
- Support production deployments by completing smoke testing and production deployment documentation.
- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of Baseline and Tenant specific product documentation.
- Assist with the intake and analysis of functional production support issues.
Assist to drive the key components of the product development life cycle including business case development, requirements definition, product design, implementation, and effectiveness analysis:
- Serves as an internal voice for the customer.
- Identifies opportunities for improvement.
- Build strong partnerships with other Product Team members, technical team members, Business Development and Capture to deepen understanding of their objectives and initiatives.
- Work with other internal and external stakeholders to understand and align on features and priorities.
- Identifying training opportunities and participating in training development and delivery.
- Assist to establish the product roadmaps and communications across multiple key stakeholders.
- Maintain product Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including key business and financial metrics.
- Monitor and triage the competitive landscape to influence product evolution and growth.
- Identify initiatives and enhancements by engaging partners internally and externally and prioritize to drive growth and/or efficiencies and profitability.
- Identify market opportunities, build business cases, prioritize, and define product vision and strategy.
- Play a lead role to assist the business and collaborators to identify and document the requirements.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
- Supporting enterprise strategic initiatives and projects.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
3-5 years of relevant professional experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering, Telecommunications, Technical Communications or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience analyzing technical requirements and working with a multi-disciplinary team to identify solutions, risks and risk mitigation strategies OR in a similar Business Analyst role.
• Effective communication skills and presentation skills.
• Experience working and collaborating remotely, preferred.
• Knowledge of product management and collaboration tools would be a plus.
• Ability to bring integrity, trust to all interactions, and promote a culture that meets its commitments with high quality.
• Ability to work well both independently and in teams.
• Understanding of project management processes and relevant project management experience.
• Excellent people skills to interact with customers, senior-level personnel, and Team members.
• Excellent organization and communication skills, both written and verbal, with great attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Teams, and MS Outlook.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
