Job Description:
Salesforce.com is seeking a passionate and driven Operations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Phoenix, Arizona. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in operations management, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our day-to-day business operations.
Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.2. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of remote employees to achieve operational goals.3.
