Operations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Leucadia National is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our company. This role will be remote-based, allowing you the flexibility to work from your home office in Jacksonville, Florida.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness- Monitor and manage operational performance metrics- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and workflows- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions- Manage vendor relationships and contracts- Oversee project management and ensure timely delivery of projects- Analyze data and generate reports for senior management- Lead and motivate a team of remote employees- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Requirements:- Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations management- Proven track record of successfully managing remote teams- Energetic and confident personality- Strong persuasion skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (MBA preferred)- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
