Job Description:

Toys "R" Us is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a Mid-to-Senior Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in operations management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve processes and increase productivity- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements- Communicate regularly with senior management to report on progress and address any issues or challenges

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the retail industry- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications- Resilient and motivated with a strong work ethic- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Presentation skills and the ability to influence and inspire others- Commitment to teamwork and collaboration- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
