A dynamic leader in the specialty Drilling equipment industry is seeking to discover their next Operations Manager! This company provides a wide variety of drilling equipment products to customers and dealers throughout the Midwest! The Operations Manager will be responsible for providing leadership over a team of Sales Reps, manages the day-to-day operation of order collection within the warehouse and distribution center, and ensures professional salesmanship with new and established customers and dealers. Key Responsibilities: Oversees the entire distribution plan and manages the warehouse operations by projecting, dispatching, and storing specialty drilling equipment products.
