Job Summary The Bowling & Attractions Manager will manage the operations of all Attractions in the facility including Bowling, Arcades & Golf Simulators. In this position you will motivate and instill accountability to achieve a positive work environment within the Bowling & Attractions team.
Primary Responsibilities
•Provide overall leadership, supervision and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results.

•Train, coach, develop and motivate the team to communicate expectations and enhance morale.

•Manage and discipline subordinate employees to uphold Wamesit policies and procedures.

•Ensure staff members are providing exceptional guest service in all areas of the facility.

•Uphold training program.

•Ensure attractions run efficiently.

•Enforce safety practices, regulations and policies.

•Prepare schedules to ensure that the Bowling & Attraction areas are staffed appropriately for all shifts.

•Maintain accurate daily staffing needs.

•Recruit, interview and hire candidates for employment based on the company needs.

•Troubleshoot, repair and/or replace defective components to attractions.

•Schedule additional maintenance support for attractions when needed.

•Oversee the redemption stock, display, and secure merchandise in storage areas.

•Maintain an inventory of attractions such as redemption items, arcade replacement parts, bowling shoes, etc.

•Efficiently and safely perform daily, monthly and quarterly game maintenance.

•Review and analyze all performance KPI's. 

•Understand cost control procedures, financial accounting, inventory levels and labor management.

•Run cost benefit analysis on attractions and their repairs to optimize financial results (drive sales and control costs).

•Develop action plans to grow revenue and control expenses to maximize profit in all attractions.

•Oversee Bowling and Attractions staff and Bowling & Attractions Supervisor. 

•Ensure that all facilities and amusements are kept clean and free of debris.

•Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements.

•Complete all other tasks as designated by Upper Management.

Job Qualifications 
•High School Diploma required or GED equivalent.

•Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree preferred. 

•1-2 years' experience working in the Bowling or Arcade industry a plus.  

•Proficient with all MS Office Applications. 

•Successfully complete a Background Check and CORI.

•Minimum age of 21 years old.

•Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, etc.

•Must have reliable transportation. 

•Must be flexible and adaptable to change.

•Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays. 
Work Environment
This position primarily works in a busy and loud Family Entertainment Center and office environment subject to continuous interruptions and background noises. 
Physical Demands
•Prolonged periods sitting and/or standing while working on a computer or covering the facility.

•Work with flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noise.

•Must be able to navigate throughout all areas of the facility.

•Frequently communicate with team members and customers.  

•Frequently required to stand; walk; bend; lift products (up to 40 lbs.); use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms, and may work with hot, cold, and hazardous equipment.

•Well-presented and dressed in business casual attire.
