Responsibilities
• Manage all aspects of branch sales and service delivery• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and business leaders• Maintain focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction• Assess business conditions and respond accordingly• Select, train, and develop branch staff• Monitor performance to achieve business results• Manage recruitment and selection processes• Oversee Human Resources• Analyze financial statements and implement strategies to increase profitability• Monitor to ensure every client is served• Maintain positive relationships with referral partners, payor sources, and clients• Manage sales and service processes• Participate in personal care sales programs• Ensure sales targets are met• Select, train, and develop staff• Monitor and supervise staff performance• Handle client and employee issues• Effectively communicate with all levels of personnel• Expand and build business relationships• Work flexible hours and after hours as needed• BS Degree preferred but not required
Requirements
• 2+ years of supervisory experience• 2+ years of sales or marketing experience in a HealthCare or related setting• Experience in managing systems, processes, and people• Excellent problem-solving skills• Ability to work flexible hours• BS Degree preferred (business, nursing, social services or related field of study) but not required with equivalent experience
