Operations Manager

Job Description:

Coca-Cola European Partners is seeking a dedicated and resilient Operations Manager to join our team in New York City. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in operational management.

Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and productivity- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational processes- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement- Manage a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support as needed- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and achieve company goals- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in operations

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- 7+ years of experience in operations management- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Adaptability to changing circumstances and the ability to think creatively- Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and effectiveness
