Operations Manager

Position Our Louis Vuitton King of Prussia location is seeking an innovative Operations Manager who is committed to driving operational excellence and the Client and Team experience.
As a Louis Vuitton Manager, you will take ownership to lead and mentor your team, build relationships, proactively further the achievement of store goals, and ensure that the highest level of Client experience is delivered.
Profile As an Operations Manager, you will be an ambassador of the Brand. You will take ownership to lead and coach your team, proactively foster the achievement of operational objectives and ensure that the highest level of Client experience is delivered through strong operational support. You will be responsible to recruit and build highly motivated teams, develop them to the next level and secure succession plans. You will represent the Brand values and demonstrate the Louis Vuitton attitudes toward Clients and team members.
