Operations Manager (Plumbing) Irmo, SC Are you a Manager with at least 3 years of experience in the trades or construction industry? We are hiring an Operations Manager to lead our branch!  As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations for an established residential and commercial plumbing company. You will oversee all office staff and field technicians to build a profitable and growing plumbing business. We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on leader with an entrepreneurial mindset. While in this role, we anticipate that you will spend roughly 70% of your time in the office and 30% in the field. While this role will have autonomy to run the operation and hire and replace field technicians as well as office personnel, you will report directly to the President of the company.

Projected compensation up to $115K.  Employee & Family Health, Dental & Vision Insurance options  Life Insurance Policy  Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays 401(k) Retirement Plan   Flexible Spending Plan, HSA  Paid weekly  Fantastic company culture!  What You'll Do:  Manage all office personnel and field technicians  Responsible for the overall profitability of the business  Achieve targeted KPIs  Monitor technician performance and implement corrective actions   Review & edit invoices before submitting to customers  Work with and supporting the Sales Manager on key customer accounts by meeting with and negotiating pricing and services offered  Work closely with the Office Manager & Lead Dispatcher to monitor and adjust the dispatch board  In conjunction with the Office Manager & Lead Dispatcher, you will field technician calls throughout the day  Review, adjust, and approve technician timecards before submitting to payroll  Write job estimates for customers based on technician notes  Be onsite for any large, estimated jobs to ensure high-quality and efficient work is being done  Process and approve any change orders needed if a technician identifies that the scope of the work has changed  Identify and approve any capital expense needs for new equipment, equipment repair, and fleet maintenance  Maintain and replenish inventory and ensure that technician trucks are stocked with adequate materials   Negotiate and maintain pricing with supply houses  Working with Human Resources to identify, interview and hire new Office Personnel and Technicians  What Makes You Great?  You have at least 3 years of operations management experience in the in-home services industry, preferred  You are knowledgeable in the Plumbing trade, preferred  You are curious & have a strong desire to dig in and learn the language of the trades  Possess the ability to inspire both personal and professional growth in our team members  You are humble, hungry & smart!   You hold people accountable to ensure policies and processes are followed by all  You drive team performance to achieve all business goals and objectives  You are detail-oriented and highly organized with good presentation skills and the ability to convey confident and decisive messages in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment  You are proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint). Service Titan experience is a plus!  If you are looking for an opportunity to grow yourself & contribute to company growth - make this career move and you'll find exactly what you're looking for.
