Opening: Operations Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay: $90,000+
Responsibilities Adhere to the operating budget, financial goals, and objectives with economic and efficient performance Establish policies and procedures that support high-quality healthcare service, in partnership with hospital management, medical teams and the surrounding community Managing a team of healthcare professionals Influencing strategic decisions related to hospital functions Resolving operational issues and analyzes workflow Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools and systems Work closely with various departments to ensure that activities remain compliant Oversee materials and inventory Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management Qualifications: At least 3 years of proven success in an operations management role in the Healthcare space Strong skills in budget development and oversight Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
