Operations Manager Kenosha, WI The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of all paving projects with the intent of ensuring high-quality, full-service results every time. We are looking for someone who has strong organizational skills, emotional intelligence, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team of project coordinators, including hiring, training, and performance management. Manage and oversee all phases of asphalt, sealcoating, and striping construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. Manage and oversee snow plowing operations. Coordinate with Project Managers on project documentation, including permits, contracts, change orders, and purchase orders. Manage equipment needs, schedule and facilitate repairs. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and profitability. Monitor and maintain safety and quality standards on all job sites. Provide regular reports to Project Managers on project status, budget, and profitability. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in asphalt paving operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications. Strong project management and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software. Valid driver's license.
