The Operations Manager serves as a key leader within a regional territory, this position holds primary responsibility for the financial, operational, and logistical management of the defined territory. Duties and responsibilities include: Oversees financial management and planning for territory's project costs including utilization rate Ensures training programs and project documentations are accurate and complete Reviews paperwork sent to customers Monitors receiving and shipping activities at project locations Facilitates tours and customer visits Reports customer complaints Reviews projects for evidence that best practices are being implemented, applied effectively and understood at all levels Assists in developing company procedures and advocate compliance Serves as liaison between the customer and project team Manages location teams and administrative staff The Operations Manager serves as a key leader within a regional territory, this position holds primary responsibility for the financial, operational, and logistical management of the defined territory.
