Job Description:
Tenneco, a leading global supplier of clean air and ride performance products and systems, is seeking a dedicated and driven Operations Associate to join our team in San Jose, California. Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations, including inventory management, order processing, and logistics.- Communicate regularly with internal teams, clients, and partners to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.- Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.- Collaborate with team members to resolve any operational issues and drive continuous improvement.- Support the Operations Manager in various tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.- Previous experience in operations or related field is a plus, but not required.- Must be dedicated and driven to succeed.- Strong people management and negotiation skills.
